Why she loves her job:

“For me it’s pretty simple. I love the people side of the business and have spent most of my life helping people. With brokers, we are required by law to do what’s in our customer’s best interests and that resonates with me and the team at Vision. We aren’t a bank. Our role is to keep people safe, give them choice and leverage off the competition that the choice we can offer brings to get our clients the best possible solution.”

What lights Melissa up when she’s off duty:

“My family is my life so off duty for us is all about spending time together and enjoying what we have. We’ve lived and worked in finance in Sydney, Perth and Brisbane so we’ve always enjoyed doing things together and finding a good balance between our passion for finance and family life.”

Every single staff member at Vision was delightful to deal with. They made what can be a difficult and challenging process, painless. I regularly recommend people to their services as they certainly exceeded my expectations with every interaction. Mel’s knowledge and guidance was fantastic, as were all my interactions and dealings with the Vision team. Highly recommend.”
